Important Out-of-Network secure portal registration update
Due to system updates, providers and staff who want to register for the Provider Express Secure Portal for the first time are not able to do so at this time. This does not affect providers and staff with existing access to the secure portal. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to complete the updates as quickly as possible. In the interim, here are options to assist you:
To submit an application to join the Optum Behavioral Health network
Please call Provider Services at 1-877-614-0484, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 8 pm ET.
To submit a prior authorization request
- ABA prior authorization requests: Please call the number on the back of the member’s ID card
- TMS Authorization Request Form
- Psych and Neuropsych Testing Request Form
- Virginia Medicaid members – Mental health services
