Raynham Mobile Services Center Event

Optum Behavioral Health Provider Relations Advocates hosted the first ever Mobile Services Center (MSC) event at the Courtyard by Marriot Boston Raynham hotel on August 19. For many, this was the first physical interaction with their advocates, creating impactful relationships.

The advocates educated providers on using the Provider Express secure portal including checking eligibility and benefits, claim submissions and how to update a provider profile and attest. They also covered available state health plans and understanding the Provider Remittance Advice.

Providers were 100% satisfied in a feedback survey. All respondents indicated they're likely to recommend future MSC events to their colleagues. We appreciate all providers who attended and provided feedback.
