You must hold an unrestricted, valid license from this list for consideration to join the Optum Network.
Optum is actively seeking network participation from providers offering telemental health (virtual visits), prescribers who provide medication assisted treatment for addiction (MAT), and providers who are available to see members within 5 business days (Express Access Providers), and those offering Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) & Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) services as well as those offering services in the counties listed below.
MDs, DOs, PAs, RNs with Prescriptive Authority
- In all counties
MDs, DOs, RNs, PhDs and MA Providers that provide any of the below specialties:
- Child and Adolescent Services
- Nursing Home Consultation
- In-Home Services
- Targeted Case Management
- Intensive Case Management
- Community Mental Health Centers
PhDs and MA clinicians in the below counties:
- Atlantic
- Bergen
- Burlington
- Camden
- Cumberland
- Essex
- Gloucester
- Hudson
- Hunterdon
- Mercer
- Middlesex
- Morris
- Ocean
- Passaic
- Salem
- Somerset
- Sussex
- Union
- Warren
PhD and MA clinicians with an Active New Jersey State Medicaid ID number
- In all counties
PhD and MA clinicians with Development Disability and Suboxone Specialties
- In all counties
Clinicians who can conduct therapy in Spanish

Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) – Prescribers only

Autism Spectrum Disorders
