Use the Provider Express secure portal for quick access to Oxford member information and tasks 

Nearly all of the Oxford fully insured membership for behavioral health services has moved to the Provider Express secure portal. The transition is ongoing, and is expected to be completed in the coming months. 

While the majority of Oxford members reside in Connecticut, New Jersey and New York, there are members in all 50 states.

Note: New to using the Provider Express secure portal? You’ll first need to create a One Healthcare ID and sign up for access. If you use the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal, you can use the same ID and password for the Provider Express secure portal

• Learn the ins and outs on prior authorization requests 
• Check member eligibility and benefits
• Easily update My Practice Info so members can find you to get the care they need
• Submit a claim entry
• Make a claim inquiry or claim adjustment request

If you already use our Provider Express secure portal and UnitedHealthcare Provider portal with your UnitedHealthcare covered patients, then you may be familiar with these online resources. For any questions about also using the resources with an Oxford covered patient, please call the Provider Express Support Center toll free at 1-866-209-9320, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. You can also click on the Chat now button within the portal to connect with a tech support representative online. Representatives can help with technical issues, answer questions about using the secure portal, and troubleshoot issues with setting up a One Healthcare ID and password.
