XO Health has selected Optum Behavioral Health to provide their members with a robust and high-quality network for mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Beginning Jan. 1, 2025, XO Health members will be able to access our network in Atlanta, Dallas, Houston and Minneapolis only.

If you provide service(s) to an XO member, you’ll need to follow XO Health’s workflows and processes. These are different than how you get information and manage claims for Optum or UnitedHealthcare members – including the secure portal you will need to use, the payer ID and where to submit claims.

The XO Health Quick Reference Guide outlines key member information and the processes to follow for working with them, checking member eligibility and benefits, submitting claims and getting reimbursed.
