The Provider Express secure portal will help you have more time – it’s now faster and more intuitive thanks to recent enhancements.
- The most significant change is one you can't see: The technology that powers the secure portal has been updated to speed response time when completing tasks. It also paves the way for additional functionality and capabilities to be added to the portal in the coming months.
- You'll see changes that make it easier to find information and compelte tasks. These were designed with you in mind:
- Enhanced top menu with icons to help the users clearly identify which provider they are logged in as
- Added keyboard navigation features improve accessibility, such as being able to tab between fields rather than having to use the mouse
- Visually the design of the secure portal is simpler and easier to scan
