We love talking to our providers and their staff. But we know your time is valuable. That’s why the Provider Express secure portal has been updated to make it faster and easier to let us know when a patient has been discharged from treatment. You no longer need to call us – or wait on hold – to report treatment discharges, even those with remaining authorizations.
You can report a behavioral health treatment discharge for any member plan – Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid or Exchange – at any time by following these steps:
Auth Menu > Review Online > View my Census > Admitted/Discharges Patient Census > Select member > Select Discharge from Actions menu > Complete and submit the form
Once the notification is processed, you’ll see the discharge request status in the Patient Census section of your account.
