Separate and distinct from the Provider Express Secure Portal, the Payment and Network Integrity portal lets you send requested medical records electronically and helps:

  • Eliminate the need to print, fax and/or mail documentation
  • Cut down on administrative work  
  • Complete tasks 24/7 without having to call us 
  • Reduce the risk of error since submitted records are directly linked to the claim being reviewed

Start using this timesaver today

  • Go to https://letters-pni.databankcloud.com/
  • Log in to your account
  • If this is your first time using the portal, select self-registration
  • Fill in all fields, including a valid claim/case ID
  • In the Access Code field, enter 02c8f2726e

If you do not have a One Healthcare ID, select Create One Healthcare ID to create one.
