Updated provider data helps members find care quickly

If you ask a patient what frustrates them about seeking care, finding behavioral health services covered by their health plan is likely near the top of the list. Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) the one-on-one behavioral health support for children and adolescents, in home, school, or community settings is now an Area of Expertise (AOE) designation in the secure portal for Massachusetts providers. Keeping your specialties current is one of the best ways to help ensure members can find you.

It only takes a few minutes

You can review and update your demographic information at any time, but your information must be verified at least once every 90 days. You’ll receive emails to remind you to attest to your provider profile accuracy.

Be sure to check:

  • Appointment availability status – Indicate whether you’re accepting new patients
  • Contact emails – You can designate up to 8 different email addresses based on task management in your practice
  • Area of Expertise designations – Highlight special service offerings like TSS, trainings, certifications and unique experience that distinguishes you
Update your profile using these easy steps:
  1. Review your listing in the Live and Work Well member directory
  2. Log in to the Provider Express secure portal using your One Healthcare ID and password
  3. Select My Practice Info > Clinician Information > Edit.  Consider steps 4 and 5 as you make any necessary edits. If no updates are required, skip to step 6.
  4. If you’re adding a new AOE like TSS, scroll down to the Attested Expertise section and click the + sign (Add new Attested Expertise)
  5. Make appropriate selection(s) from the drop-down menu and click next
  6. Select “so I attest” when prompted

You will receive a confirmation number when your profile is updated. Please note this number for your records. Your updated demographic details will now reflect in our system and in the Live and Work Well directory.
