Each year, Optum reviews care delivery and awards top performing network behavioral health facilities the distinctive Platinum designation. The 2026 results are in. Did you make the list?

See the 2026 Platinum Facility designees

1.       Log in to the Provider Express secure portal with your One Healthcare ID

2.       Once in the secure portal, click More Info

3.       Click Provider Reports and choose Annual or Monthly Facility Progress Report

Award criteria

The Platinum Recognition Program evaluates and scores a facility’s admissions to a given level of care (acute inpatient, residential and partial hospitalization) within separate condition categories (general mental health, substance use disorders and eating disorders) across all lines of business (Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare).

Platinum facilities that meet at least 4 of the 5 scorecard metrics are awarded Platinum designation and are mailed a certificate of recognition and congratulatory letter.
