Optum and UnitedHealthcare Community Plans to serve MMCP members
Jan. 1, 2026, will start with some good news if you’re an eligible Optum and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Idaho provider. That’s because you’ll be in network and can provide services to Medicare Medicaid Coordinated Plan in Idaho (MMCP) members.
What this means for eligible providers
No enrollment is required. If you’re contracted with Medicare you’ll be automatically included in the program’s provider network. Reimbursement for services will align with your existing Medicare fee schedule for Medicare allowable services.

Log in to the Provider Express secure portal through the Provider Express public website.
