Here’s what you need to know:
What are CSP services? |
These are behavioral health services provided by local, community-based mobile paraprofessionals that support member recovery and wellness. The goal is to increase the member’s independence so they can manage their own behavioral health and medical services. Specialized CSP services are available for members in certain circumstances:

Who is eligible for services? |
One Care, Senior Care Options (SCO) and MassHealth members with behavioral health disorder diagnoses who are unable to access essential medical or community services may be eligible for CSP services. Members may refer themselves or be referred by social service or health care agencies |
What are the clinical guidelines to qualify for services? |
Review the full list of CSP clinical guidelines for reference. Providers should use these guidelines to determine eligibility on an individual basis. |
