Medicaid providers: OASAS opioid treatment program billing code changes
Effective Nov. 3, 2025, rate codes 7969–7976 are no longer billable rate codes for Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) outpatient opioid treatment programs. Providers will now need to use the state-required billing guidance (Ambulatory Patient Group methodology) as outlined in the OASAS OTP Bundle Billing Guidance.
Action you should take
When billing for OASAS outpatient opioid treatment program bundled services, use the following appropriate CPT codes:
- G2067
- G2068
- G2078
- G2079
