You must hold an unrestricted, valid license from this list for consideration to join the Optum Network.

Optum recognizes that Idaho is an Any Willing Provider state and therefore accepts applications in compliance with this legislation.

The following counties reflect the current need for providers based on Optum's existing provider network and membership. If your practice is not located in a county listed below, be aware that there will be limited referrals due to an already extensive provider network in your county.
