Optum/OptumHealth Behavioral Solutions of California (OHBS-CA) and Oscar Insurance Corporation and its affiliates (collectively, “Oscar”) are pleased to announce that Oscar has contracted with Optum/OHBS-CA to manage the behavioral health benefits under Oscar’s Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) health plans in California, New York and Texas, effective January 1, 2017. As an Optum Participating Provider your existing UBH Provider Participation Agreement allows you to provide services to these members beginning January 1, 2017.
