Where to Submit Your Optum Claim

Optum pays claims for its members using a variety of different claims systems. Each member you see may have claims submitted to a different address. In order to assure prompt and accurate payment; please make sure to verify the mailing address for your claim. Often, the claims payment address for a medical claim is different than the address for a behavioral health claim.
